On August 28 we celebrated all things Lutheran education in Northeast Indiana… Rev. Bart Day of the Lutheran Church Extension Fund encouraged us to continue to support Lutheran education “with boldness and certainty...standing up, not sitting down.” Mark Muehl (and his daughter, Ashley) encouraged us to embrace our uniqueness and strengths, and Mrs. Angie Owen shone brightly why she was the best choice for Educator of the Year.

That night we also announced the date and speaker for our VIP 2022 event: Stand for our Schools featuring Ms. Mollie Ziegler Hemingway as our keynote speaker. Not only do we expect a call to action for our schools on par with our previous speakers, but we think Mollie’s experience with Fox News, The Federalist, and Hillsdale College, coupled with her Lutheran upbringing and current Lutheran legacy with her own family, will make for a not-to-miss evening!
