I'd like to remind our partnership schools, their volunteer leadership, and potential donors that The Lutheran Foundation will match donations to our schools' endowments through June 30, 2013.The Lutheran Foundation has been offering its Endowment Match Program since the 2009–2010 school year, and since then, has made available more than $1.3 million to help improve the financial success of Lutheran education in northeast Indiana.Some schools have met their matching goal every year and now have thousands of dollars available to them, every year, without any additional fundraising.Others have not taken advantage of this wonderful opportunity and have lost the potential to have ongoing dollars available for their programs and scholarships.If your school doesn't have an endowment fund, The Lutheran Foundation and The Lutheran Schools Partnership will assist in establishing one. We're available to meet with school representatives to assist with sample documents, educational materials, and promotional resources.The current match cycle ends June 30, so please consider how you can support Lutheran education in northeast Indiana with a matching gift.
