The Lutheran Schools have been providing high-quality education with a focus on faith in northeast Indiana for the better part of two centuries. We owe our long tradition of excellence to the strong support we receive from area Lutheran congregations.

Indiana’s Choice Scholarships—also called school vouchers—are providing families with an unprecedented opportunity to choose the best education for their kids. We believe that’s the high-quality, Christian education found at The Lutheran Schools.

Thirteen of The Lutheran Schools in northeast Indiana are voucher schools: St. Peter’s, St. Peter–Immanuel in Decatur, Concordia, Woodburn Lutheran, Suburban Bethlehem, Lutheran South Unity, St. John in Kendallville, Emmaus, Ascension, St. Paul’s, Holy Cross, Emmanuel St. Michael, and Concordia Lutheran High School.

And now, The Lutheran Scholarship Granting Organization of Indiana is striving to create even more opportunities and choices for parents who want the best education for their children. The Lutheran Scholarship Granting Organization of Indiana exists to raise funds from individuals and businesses to provide scholarship funds to all eligible students.

In return, those who contribute to The Lutheran Scholarship Granting Organization of Indiana receive a very significant state tax benefit—and know that they’re enabling a young person to receive a topnotch, Christ-centered education.
